RoMisCon-10:
The tenth annual school of missions will be
held this year at Baia-Mare, Romania September 25-28.
Sponsored by Discover Your Mission, these annual "RoMisCon
events have generated much interest in world missions
in Romania. We invite special prayer for an outpouring
of the Holy Spirit again during the 2008 week of missions
inspiration.

BIHOR, FILIALA Oradea has committed to
sponsor the monthly Government workbooks for foreign
missionaries from Romania. This arrangement was
developed through Pastor Peter Lascau (Phoenix)
with Bihor Administrator, Rev. Jolta.

NATIONAL
CONVENTION of North American Romanian
Churches takes place at Novi, MI, August 29-31,
with a picnic on Monday, September 1. Chairman
Simi Timbuc has announced the theme "The
Whole Gospel for the Whole World." Site
for this year's 40th annual convention is the
Rock Financial Showplace, 46100 Grand River
Ave., Novi. MI.
Several speakers from the ZAPME missions agency of
Romania will attend, as well as some Romanian-born
missionaries from overseas.

CENTRU
ROMAN DE STUDII TRANSCULTUAL. Missionaries
in training in the school at Agegia, Romania went
on field ministry to Turkey and Bulgaria immediately
following completion of classwork in June. Administrator
Iliana Hrisca reports that the Ford van that was recently
purchased for the school has been a big blessing!
Photos of the renovated school property show great
improvement that has been made possible through a
matching grant given to Discover Your Mission. Offerings
designated for the CRST are doubled in value. Further
construction is planned that will provide better accommodations
for visiting professors from Europe and America.
